Job Description


The Critical Care Executive plays a crucial role within a pharmaceutical company, primarily focused on overseeing and managing critical care products and services. This position involves a combination of strategic planning, sales, marketing, and customer relationship management to ensure the successful promotion and utilization of critical care pharmaceuticals and medical devices. The Critical Care Executive collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for critical care products, 

  2. Sales and Business Development: Generate sales leads, build and maintain relationships with key customers, including hospitals, medical professionals, and other healthcare providers. 

  3. Product Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, advertising, and promotional activities, to raise awareness and drive demand for critical care products. 

  4. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers in critical care settings. 

  5. Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, identify market trends, and assess competitive positioning. 

  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as research and development, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and medical affairs to ensure seamless product launches, availability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 

  7. Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with industry regulations, guidelines, and compliance standards related to critical care pharmaceuticals and medical devices. 

  8. Reporting and Performance Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

        Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development, preferably in critical care or intensive care segments.

  3. Strong knowledge of critical care pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and related therapeutic areas.
